We are pleased to announce that our project at 126 The Stray, South Cave has been granted a Householder Prior Notification certificate. The development seeks to utilise Planning law's to extend the existing 90's dwelling and to provided an open plan garden room which promotes outdoor living and provides much needed additional space.
We have submitted plans for a new bespoke contemporary dwelling located in Swanland one of East Ridings most desirable Villages. We look forward to seeing the project develop, keep following for further updates.

We are pleased to announce that our project at 58 Redlands Drive, Kirk Ella has been granted planning permission. This is for a contemporary single storey extension to the rear of the property providing an open plan kitchen and dining space, along with a first floor extension over the existing garage to provide a fourth bedroom and enlarged master bathroom.
We are pleased to announce that our project at 24 Bull Pasture in South Cave has been granted planning permission. The design provides a luxury master bedroom with ensuite, walk-in wardrobe and seating area to relax. We will look forward to seeing this project develop in 2017.
