Development feasibility - 

This feasibility proposes the redevelopment of a section of land / property down New Walk, Beverly, Hull.  The proposed  developments are to be designed to enhance the neighbouring properties to the East and West of the site and to add to the residence within the Conservation Area.

Client required a appraisal of the site and to provide three possible options of the development of the site - 
Option 1 _ Develop the existing property on site to form a new contemporary modern family home with future plans to develop a smaller property to the rear of the site.
Option 2 _ Removal of the existing 1960’s dwelling and construct a high quality residential redevelopment of detached properties.
Option 3 _ Removal of the existing 1960’s dwelling and construct a high quality residential redevelopment of townhouses.
